Effects and Mechanisms of Bushen-huoxue Prescription on Embryonic Development in Endometriosis Model Rats

Objective:To study the effects and the mechanisms of Bushen-huoxue Prescriptio(nBHPC) on embryonic development in Endometriosis model Rats.Methods:The endometriosis model was made in female rats by autotransplantation with uterine tissues.The rats were divided into 6 groups with control,model,high-dose,middle-dose,low-dose and Gestrinone's.The changes of graafian follicle,embryo was observed.The reproduction related index such as VEGF,TNF-α,PR,P,E2 and so on,were detected.Result:The number of graafian follicle and embryo in three groups treated by Chinese medical were obviously higher than that in model group.The VEGF、TNF-α level in blood serum were decreased and the PR level in entopic uterus was increased(P0.05).Conclusion:The graafian follicle in EMS model Rats was promoted after oral BHPC.The number of nidation embryo and living embryo were increased.Its mechanisms might be related with the lowering VEGF,TNF-α level in blood serum and increasing PR level in entopic uterus.
