Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effects of ethisterone on immune-mediated infertility induced by endometriosis.Methods Cotton balls immersed in ethisterone emulsion were attached to the neck of uterus for 8 hours.Endometrium and pregancy were monitored two weeks later.Results The endometrium negative conversion ratio was 81.7%(197/241)after the first course of treatment and was 88.8%(214/241)after the second course.The Type-B ultrasonic examination and urine β-hGG examination confirmed 75 cases of pregnancy31.1%(75/241).Dysmenorrhea and lower abdominal pain were relieved.Conclusion Ethisterone can be effectively and easily used to treat immune-mediated infertility induced by endometriosis.
