Reoperation for postoperative recurrence of endometriosis

Objective To investigate the fe asibility of reoperation postoperative recurrence of endometriosis,and the indic ations for reoperation.The modality of reducing postoperative recurrence and rai sing pregnant.Analyse difficult point of reoperation.Methods Da ta of 12 reoperative cases with postoperative cecurrence of endometriosis were a nalyzed retrospectively.While correspondenced with patients' bearing.Res ults The reoperations were extremely difficult and more bleeding.2 in 8 patients who didn't bear had done redical operation.Three of them beared childr en after the normal period and both twice operations were used peritoneoscope. Conclusion Postoperative cecurrence is related to ovarian hormone .To patients whose subjective symptoms is serious and who want to bear children, reoperation is the positive method yet.Peritoneoscope operation can raise the wo man's number in pregnant.Don't operate through reluctantly and should avoid inju ring neighbouring organ.
