Abstract
【Objective】To study the clinical effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRH) combined with add-back therapy in the treatment of endometriosis(Ems) and to discuss the influence on T lymphocytes.【Method】 66 patients with EMs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group's patients were treated with GnRHa,the treatment group's patients were treated using GnRHa combined with add-back therapy. Before and after treatment the T lymphocytes were detected by FACS,after treatment the clinical efficacy was evaluated.【Result】The clinical total effective rate was 97.0%,it was significantly higher than the control group(P 0.05).After treatment the CD4+ cells and CD4/CD8 ratio of the two groups increased significantly, and the treatment group compared with the control group there was significant difference(P 0.05).Before and after treatment the peripheral blood CD3+ and CD4+ cells of the two groups were no significant difference(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 GnRH combined with add-back therapy in the treatment can effectively improve the immune function in patients with EMs,the clinical effect is significant, and it is worthy of clinical application.
