Abstract

Objective:Through comparative study of hemorheology and monoamine neurotransmitter to disease and syndrome animal models and simple disease animal models of EMT to explore the micro-quantitative indicators of the significance of the model for the medical treatment of endometriosis offers reliable research carrier.Methods:First,use the transplant surgery methods to establish endometriosis model,and then based on the model of the disease to give multiple factors to establish disease and syndrome stimulate endometriosis model.Determination hemorheology and monoamine neurotransmitters of the two models and the control group and compared.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,in disease and syndrome group,low shear whole blood viscosity,ESR,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and K values were significantly higher,there is statistical difference between the two groups(P0.05).(2) Compared with simple models of disease,in disease and syndrome model group,high shear whole blood viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity at low shear,the shear,high shear,erythrocyte rigidity index,and fibrinogen were significantly higher,there were significant differences(P0.05).(3) Compared with simple models of disease,in disease and syndrome model group,the serum DA,NE levels increased significantly,both were significantly different(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion:The blood rheology and monoamine neurotransmitters can be used to test blood stasis model of endometriosis quantitative indicators.
