Gynecological Laparoscopic Treatment of Post-Operative Complications

Objective To investigate the complications after gynecological laparoscopic surgery, find a cure and reduce complications. Methods analysis of patient data in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 for gynecological surgery, laparoscopic surgery in patients with 441 cases as the experimental group, while the remaining patients as a control group, focusing on the analysis of the experimental group concurrent disease status, explore treatment countermeasures. Results 441 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery, the occurrence of eight cases of patients with postoperative complications, the complication rate was 1.81%, which disseminated intravascular coagulation cases, accounting for 0.23% of the intestinal injury cases, accounting for 0.23% of bladder injury one cases, accounting for 0.23%, abdominal congestion one cases, accounting for 0.23%, two cases of persistent ectopic pregnancy, accounting for 0.45%, pelvic infection, accounting for 0.23%, subcutaneous emphysema, accounting for 0.23%. Conclusion gynecological laparoscopic surgery after complications with physician experience, surgical degree of difficulty, as well as patients with or without abdominal surgery. Improve surgical skills of physicians, more surgical training, can reduce the incidence of complications.
