Abstract
Analyzing the results of surgical treatment in 86 patients aged less than 40 years who had ovarian cysts, has revealed that monopolar coagulation diminished an ovarian follicular reserve, modern markers of which (inhibin B and Mьllerian inhibiting substance) were used.
