Endometriosis is the frequently-occurring disease to reproductive age female.We could release its symptoms by Modern Medicine therapy,but the disease will recur easily.In this paper,from etiology and pathogenesis to determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained throu-gh differentiation of symptoms and signs,This paper discussed about this disease by traditional Chinese medicine theory.The basic pathogenesis of this disease is blood stasis and its therapeutic principle is activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.Chinese herbs can be used by mouth assisting with other therapeutics.By this approach,the disease can be treated indeed and entirely with decreasing possible complication.
