Abstract

We have investigated the endothelial function in 23 women of late reproductive and premenopausal (control group), 54 women with surgical menopause (I group) at 48 with a natural menopause (II group). Found that in postmenopausal women, unlike women of late reproductive and premenopausal holds decreased functional activity of endothelial synthesis of nitrogen monoxide, which manifests itself in the reduction of the concentration of stable products of nitrogen monoxide by 25%, in violation vasoregulating vascular endothelial function in the form of inadequate (60,3%) or paradoxical (9,7%) reactions brachial artery shear stress.
