Abstract
Abstract We present a case of lymphadenopathy as the first manifestation of myeloid sarcoma (MS), a rare hematological malignancy. Immunophenotyping was essential for diagnosing MS, as it could distinguish it from other diagnoses, such as lymphoma, that were not discernible by using imaging and conventional light microscopy.
