Abstract

Luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome is a special clinical syndrome of ovulation defects. The incidence in infertile women is 25%~43%. It is probably caused by abnormality of hormone control of ovarian cycle and various factors in ovary. It is also related to the patients' endometriosis, pelvic environment, drug use,and mental state.Although the mechamism of LUFS is unknown, the symptomatic treatment is performed in clinic.
