Abstract
The project is designed to explore the associations between retrospective and prospective mental imagery and fear of recurrence or progression (FORP) in people with endometriosis. Participants with an endometriosis diagnosis will be recruited and, if informed consent is obtained, will complete an online survey. Participants will answer questions about their condition, illness-related constructs (e.g., FORP, pain), and their experiences of mental imagery. The current study seeks to expand the limited research on the role of retrospective and prospective mental imagery in endometriosis by examining their characteristics and associations with FORP within this population.
