Abstract
This article presents the trial of intravenous analogues gonadotropin-releasing hormone in the perioperative management
of women with endometrioid cysts. It is shown that the use of drugs of this group can significantly reduce
the duration of surgery and the amount of blood loss, and hence the effectiveness of rehabilitation.
