Abstract

Objective to study the effect of aerobic physical activity on the neuro-vegetative and psycho-emotional status of women in perimenopause. 184 women aged from 35 to 60 years. It had evaluated vegetative functions, the adaptive capacity of the cardiovascular system and psycho-emotional status before and after aerobic exercise. It was shown the use of aerobic physical activity leads to normalization of the psycho-emotional, vegetative status and adaptive capacity in perimenopausal women with climacteric syndrome. It was established the greater efficiency of aerobic physical activity has pre-menopausal women with mild to moderate degree of autonomic forms of climacteric syndrome. Systematic aerobic physical exercise in the form of interleaving walking and jogging can be used as an additional safe non-medicamental method of correcting dysfunctional disorders in women with climacteric syndrome.
