Abstract

High blood pressure in pregnancy is a pathology with increasing incidence. Through the complexity of the manifestations and the severity of the maternal and fetal complications, it is a difficult clinical entity. The recommendations of the different guides are not uniformly harmonized and are not based on strong evidence, so the need for data revisions becomes an important objective. The clinical implementation of different clinical trial results requires a permanent update and a standardized approach.
