Abstract

症例は25歳女性。月経時下血を主訴に当院を受診。下部消化管内視鏡（CF）検査では，直腸に約3cm大の粘膜下腫瘍（SMT）を認め，月経時に一致し表面にびまん性の発赤，びらん，出血を認めた。異所性腸管子宮内膜症と診断し，外科的切除を施行。病理組織学的には異型性のない子宮内膜組織であり，所属リンパ節にも同様の組織を認めた。月経時・非月経時に分けて特徴的なCF所見を確認し臨床症状と併せて診断可能であった症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。
