Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of three kinds of tumor markers in patients with adnexal masses. Methods 157 cases of adnexal masses and 40 cases of normal human were measured cancer antigen 125(CA-125),canbodydrate antigen 199(CA-199) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) with immunoradiologic method.Result The level of CA-125,CA-199 and CEA in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than that in patients with benignant adnexal masses and normal human(P0.01).The level of CA-125 in patients with endometriosis, adnexal inflammation mass was significantly higher than that in normal human(P0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the level of CA-199 and CEA in patients with benignant adnexal masses and normal human(P0.05).If all the result of CA-125,CA-199 and CEA were put together, the positive rate of patients with ovarian cancer was 96.8%.Conclusion CA-125,CEA,CA-199 were important antigen Of ovarian cancer.CA-125,CEA,CA-199 have greater values in differentiation diagnosis in patients with malignant adnexal masses from benignant adnexal masses.Combained assays of three tumor markers is one of the effective methods for diagnosis of ovarian cancer in early term.
