Abstract

Objective To observe the expression of chemokine CCR7 receptor in endometrial carcinoma,and explore the role of chemokine receptor CCR7 in endometriosis.Method The SABC immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expression level of CCR7 in AM.OEM and office endometrial glandular epithelium tissue and cells.Result CCR7 expressed mainly in acinar cells in the membrane and cytosol of epithelial cells.CCR7 receptor expressions in the AM and OEM ectopia and office endometrial glandular cells were significanthy higher than that in normal endometrial glandular epithelial cells(P0.05).There were no significant difference between CCR7 receptor expressions in the AM and OEM ectopica.Conclusion
