Abstract
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and the emerging concept of living intelligence in higher education is transforming the educational landscape by improving teaching, learning, and administrative processes. Living intelligence represents a dynamic partnership between human cognition and AI, emphasizing adaptability, co-evolution, and continuous learning. AI technologies offer numerous advantages, such as personalized learning experiences, enhanced efficiency, and innovative pedagogical methods. However, adopting AI and living intelligence also introduces challenges, especially in maintaining academic integrity and addressing ethical concerns. This paper explores the multifaceted impact of AI and living intelligence in higher education, focusing on their applications, benefits, challenges, and ethical implications. Through a literature survey, this study contributes to existing knowledge while highlighting pressing challenges that higher education professionals must address.
