Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Danefukang jiangao on the expression of TGF-β of endometriotic rats.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group,model group and Danefukang jiangao treatment group.The expression of TGF-β was detected by ELISA and RT-PCR.Results:Compared with the model group,the expression of TGF-β was decreased significantly in Danefukang jiangao treatment group.Conclusion:The Danefukang jiangao can treat the endometriosis in rats,and its action may be associated with decreasing the expressions of TGF-β in ectopic endometrium.
