Syncope due to intima-media complex prolapse with migration to the aortic arch by aortic dissection

Abstract

We present a strange type of aortic dissection in this report. The patient's Computed tomography demonstrated a strange intima-media complex dislodgement adjacent to the cervical vessels from ascending aorta. Emergent surgery was performed to this patient successfully.
