Abstract
The article analyzes the concepts of ‘personnel policy’ and ‘personnel stability’, their interrelations that determine the effectiveness of the bank. The problems that have arisen in working with personnel in the banking system as a result of the pandemic are analyzed. The measures aimed at solving topical issues of the bank's personnel policy in order to ensure staff stability and reduce staff turnover in a pandemic are proposed.
