Abstract

The mineralcorticoid receptor antagonist comprises spironolactone, eplerenone and drospirenone. Glucocorticoid, progesterone receptor antagonist and estrogen receptor antagonist are also included. The estrogen is ethinylestradiol. - ACTIVITY : Gynecological. - MECHANISM OF ACTION : Mineralcorticoid receptor antagonist Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist.
