Effect analysis of psychological interventions on endometriosis patients

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological interventions on endometriosis patients.Methods 164 cases with endometriosis were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each group including 82 cases.The intervention group was treated with psychological interventions before operation.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) were carried out before and 24 hours after operation.Results There were no significant differences between the groups in SAS before treatment(P 0.05),while the score of SAS in intervention group were significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion psychological interventions in endometriosis patients could reduce the negative emotions,such as anxiety and depression,and promote the postoperative rehabilitation.
