In Bangladesh Sylhet is the riskiest city regarding to earthquake. Besides this over the last few years the unplanned development in Sylhet city has result very few resiliency to earthquakes. So now it is very important to identify the buildings which are very vulnerable. This study represents the seismic vulnerability of RC buildings in Sylhet city based on the fuzzy logic model. For analysis purpose fuzzy logic toolbox of Matlab 2016a software was used. In this study considered variables were short column, soft story, vertical geometric irregularity, plan irregularity, year of construction, construction quality, previous damage, pounding effect and number of stories. In this study 210 buildings of ward no 14 and 15 of Sylhet City Corporation were observed, where 54% buildings were slightly vulnerable, 33% buildings were moderately vulnerable and 13% buildings were highly vulnerable.
