Analysis on the curative effect of drug therapy after surgery of endometriosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the safety and effectiveness of surgery combined with drug therapy in treatment of endometriosis.Methods:102 patients after surgery of endometriosis were divided into three groups randomly: gestrinone combined with Cinnamom Twig Poria capsule group(44 patients),mifepristone group(31 patients) and medroxyprogesterone group(27 patients),then they were treated with different drugs.The curative effects,adverse reactions and postoperative recurrence rates in the three groups were compared after treatment.Results:The recurrence rate in gestrinone combined with Cinnamom Twig Poria capsule group was 4.5%,which was lower than those in mifepristone group(9.6%) and medroxyprogesterone group(7.4%),but there was no significant difference among the three groups(P0.05).The rates of weight gain in mifepristone group,medroxyprogesterone group and gestrinone combined with Cinnamom Twig Poria capsule group were 6.45%,18.5% and 0,respectively,there was significant difference among the three groups(P0.01).Conclusion:Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in alleviating the clinical symptoms of patients with endometriosis,which is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
