Adhesion types included no adhesion, filmy, dense, superficial, deep, and bowel wall infiltration. Stages were 25.0% stage 1, 8.3% stage II, 56.7% stage III, and 10.0% stage IV. Median pre-operative CA125 was 22 in stage 1 and 48.5 in stage 4.Conclusion: The study found that ovarian lesions were the most common site of lesion in 93.3% of patients, with Stage III being the most common stage in 56.7%. The mean preoperative CA125 was 57.74±127.09, and no significant difference was found between endometriosis stages.
