Abstract
Objective: To investigate Gestrinone joint capsule medicine therapy in patients with endometriosis and its effects on serum estradiol,progesterone and luteinizing hormone,and provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The group of 210 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,each 105 cases. The control group was Gestrinone capsule treatment,observation group combined decoction treatment on the basis of the control group. Results: The total effective rate( 92. 38%) was significantly higher( 71. 43%),and there is statistically significant( P 0. 05); observation group after treatment serum estradiol,progesterone and luteinizing hormone levels were significantly lower in the treatment and control groups before and after treatment,and there is statistically significant( P 0. 05); observation group therapy significantly reduced diameter front and rear pelvic mass and serum CA125 values than before treatment,and significantly lower than the control group after treatment,both with statistics learning differences( P 0. 05); observed during the treatment group overall rate of adverse events( 7. 62%) was significantly lower than the control group( 20. 95%),and there is statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Chinese joint capsule Gestrinone therapy in patients with endometriosis significant,and can significantly reduce hormone levels to return to normal levels,has important clinical value.
