Abstract
Objetive To study the influence of Mifepristone for indexes of hemorheology and uterine artery hemodynamics of patients with endometriosis. Methods 74 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from October 2008 to March 2011 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparoscopic operation, the observation group was treated with Mifepristone based on the treatment, then the indexes of hemorheology and uterine artery hemodynamics of two groups before and after the treatment at sixth and twelfth week were studied and compared. Results The whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduction viscosity, plasma viscosity and each index of erythrocyte were all lower than those of control group, left and right uterine artery maximum blood flow velocity were bigger than those of control group, pulsatility index and resistance index were all smaller than those of control group, there were significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion The Mifepristone can significantly improve the indexes of hemorheology and uterine artery hemodynamics of patients with endometriosis, and it plays an active role in the rehabilitation of patients.
