Abstract

To assess the mechanism of the method of tonifying the kidney and promoting the blood circulation on endometriosis-associated infertility, this study randomly allocated the patients by pathological examination or laparoscopy or clinic diagnosis to 2 groups, treatment group(30 cases, treated by Chinese herb in the certain sequence for 6 months) and control group(15 cases, treated by nemestrane 2.5 mg,two pills once a week, for 6 months).Observe the rates of pregnancy and the changes of TNF and SOD detected by RIA in peripheral blood. Results: ① The rate of pregnancy of treatment group in two years was 50%,and was 33.3% in the control group, but the difference was not significant(P 0.05).② The TNF in peripheral blood of treatment group was(1.11±0.34) ng/ml before treatment and was(1.06±0.33) ng/ml after treatment, but the difference was significant(P 0.05);in the control group,it was(1.31±0.45) ng/ml before the treatment and was(1.21±0.32) ng/ml after treatment(P 0.05).③ The SOD in peripheral blood of treat group was(331.80±152.97) ng/ml before treatment and was(345.93±130.70) ng/ml after treatment(P 0.05);in the control group,it was(322.33±107.68) ng/ml before treatment and was(350.01±113.25) ng/ml after treatment(P 0.05).It is suggested that the rate of pregnancy between the treatment group and control group were similar. The Chinese herb could decreased TNF in peripheral and increased pregnancy, but it couldn't affect SOD in peripheral blood.
