Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression of ER, PR and AR in endometriosis ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium tissues, describe the relationship between sex hormones and their receptors, and pathogenesis of endometriosis, and explore the new ways of treatment to EMs.Method:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ER, PR and AR of 50 cases of ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium of patients EMs and 20 cases of normal endometrial tissue.Result:ER expression in eutopic endometrial tissue of EMs patients were higher than the normal endometrium and ectopic endometrium of patients, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).PR expression in ectopic endometrium tissue in EMs patients was less than the eutopic and normal endometrium, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). AR expression in ectopic endometrium tissue in EMs patients was less than the eutopic and normal endometrium, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The relatively higher expression of PR and AR in EMs patients ectopic endometrium may play a role in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
