Design and Development on Multiple Physical Fields Simulation of High-Voltage Switchgear

Abstract
Abstract This paper presents a simulation system software for the design and assembly of high-voltage switchgear components. For different kinds of high-voltage switchgear, the system uses STL forms to show three-dimensional (3D) solid models in model base, including the parts and assembly. The system software realizes seamless integration with analysis software COMSOL. In the system, the three-dimensional solid model is imported into the finite element analysis software, and the multi physical field (temperature field, electromagnetic field, air flow field) simulation of different high-voltage switchgears is realized through attribute setting, subdivision, parameter definition and other links.
