METHOD FOR TREATING ENDOMETRIOSIS-INDUCED STERILITY

FIELD: medicine, gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with restoring female fertility in case of endometriosis. The method includes prescription of dufastone since the 15th till the 25th d of menstrual cycle, and since the 5th d of menstrual cycle one should prescribe intramuscular injection of reaferon by the following scheme: at the 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th d of menstrual cycle per 1000000 U, moreover, therapy course lasts for 3-6 mo. The method enables to increase efficiency of therapy due to prescribing reaferon at days of increased sensitivity of target organ's receptors, shorten course of hormonal preparations intake. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 2 ex, 1 tbl
