Abstract

A tripeptide of the formula Boc-D-2Nal-D-4ClPhe-D-3Pal-OH, including salts and a process of preparation thereof. For use as a luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH) antagonist in a contraceptive, or in the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia, hormone dependant tumours of the breast and ovaries, dysmenorrhea, endometriosis and other conditions.
