122 Cases Effect Analysis of Dan’e Fukang Decocted Extract on the Women Chronic Pelvic Pain

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Dan’e Fukang decocted extract on the women chronic pelvic pain caused by different reasons.Methods 122 cases with chronic pelvic pain caused by chronic pelvic inflammatory,endometriosis and other reasons were employed.All of the patients were treated with the Dan’e Fukang decocted extract and took orally,1015 grams each time,2 times a day,consecutively 20 days per month and the course of treatment is 3 months.Then comparative the clinical effect of Dan’e Fukang decocted extract in treating the chronic pelvic pain caused by different reasons.Results Total effective rate of the decoction on chronic pelvic pain caused by chronic pelvic inflammatory was 88.7%,caused by endometriosis was 95.8%,and caused by other reasons was 80.9% separately.There were no statistical difference among each treated group.Conclusion Dan’e Fukang decocted extract has therapeutic effect on the chronic pelvic pain caused by different reasons.
