Abstract

The influence of Anovlar on biological parameters in normal women and its therapeutic effects in women with menstruation disorders dysmenorrhea endometriosis and sterility were studied. The basal temperature curve during treatment was flat and showed a constant slight rise. No progesterone was found in the blood during the second 1/2 of the cycle. Secretion of FSH was lowered while excretion of estrogens and pregnanediol was lower or even lacking. Therapeutic results were generally good.(AUTHORS MODIFIED)
