The clinical observation of LNG-IUS placed into the uterus on adenomyosis

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of LNG-IUS on adenomyosis.Methods Sixty adenomyosis patients were placed LNG-IUS into uterus from the fifth to the seventh day of the menstrual period compared post-with pre-treatment themselves.Results More than 90% patients with lighter ache and less menstrual blood volume obviously,furthermore,three patients had been cured,whose focus was in the scope of 40 mm,the focus had been grown down within half a year in two patients.Conclusion Place LNG-IUS into the uterus on adenomyosis is safe and effective,and it is a better conservative treatment method.
