Восстановление репродуктивной функции у пациенток с эндометриоз-ассоциированным бесплодием

The aim of the present research is to estimate the efficiency of various medical treatment in cases of endometriosis associated female infertility and to determine an optimal management for the given patients. 125 infertile women with genital endometriosis diagnosed for the first time took part in the research. Observation analysis showed that all cases of endometriosis associated female infertility require a complex treatment. It should include surgery as a first step and medication to correct the hypothalamic-pituitary disorders. Hormonotherapy plays the key role in the endometriosis associated female infertility complex treatment; up-to-date medication is preferable in this case. For patients of reproductive age we suggest «Janine» as an acceptable pharmacotherapy (in comparison with other medication) due to its high efficiency, good tolerance, menstruation-like reaction, minor side effects (that are peculiar to other medication) and reasonable price.
