Abstract
Objective
To analyze the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic surgery combining drug therapy for endometriosis patients and to observe its effect on the patients’ reproductive function.
Methods
80 patients with endometriosis treated at our department were randomly divided into a control group (n=40), laparoscopicly treated, and a study group (n=40), laparoscopicly treated and were given gestrinone. After treatment, the treatment effect and fertility were evaluated.
Results
The intraoperative bleeding volume was significantly lower and the hospitalization time shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P 0.05) . The total effective rate was 92.50% in the observation group and was 75.0% in the control group (P 0.05) . After the treatment, FSH, E2, and CA125 were significantly improved both groups (P 0.05) . The reproductive function recovery time was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group. The pregnancy rate was 27.5% in the observation group and was 7.5% in the control group (P<0.05) .
Conclusions
Laparoscopic surgery combining drug therapy has a significant effect on patients with endometriosis and can promote the recovery of fertility function and reduce the recurrence of endometriosis.
