Abstract

Abstract This case report presents the dental management of a 50-year-old male patient with stable angina pectoris, hypertension, and dyslipidemia, who required extraction of a non-restorable maxillary left second premolar (tooth 25). The procedure was performed under local anesthesia with epinephrine, following stress-reduction protocols and without discontinuation of antiplatelet therapy. Hemostasis was achieved using oxidized cellulose and sutures. The patient experienced no complications during or after the procedure (Figs. 1–9).
