La localisation vesicale de lendometriose est rare. On rapporte une observation chez une femme de 44 ans prise en charge au Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Ibn Rochd (CASABLANCA). Depuis un an, elle presentait des douleurs pelviennes, une dysurie et une hematurie macroscopiqueconcomitants aux menstruations. Les arguments cliniques et echographiques avaient fait suspecter une endometriose vesicale et un traitement chirurgical demble etait pratique, les differents aspects etiopathogeniques, cliniques et therapeutiques sont discutes a la lumiere dune revue de la litterature.
