Abstract
Objective To explore the the prevention and treatment of gynecology and obstetrics surgery urinary system injury. Methods To analyse clinical data of 20 cases of gynecology and obstetrics surgery urinary organ damage caused by operation in July 2011 to July,2012. Patient age was 25 to 50 years old,the average age was 38. Damage causes: 10 cases of hysterectomy,cesarean section (3 cases),endometriosis in 2 cases,5 cases of ovarian retroperitoneal of cleaning operations. Damage organs and parts: ureter under section 9 cases,6 cases of bladder,ureteral under paragraph with bladder in 5 cases. Results 9 cases of the bladder ureter reimplantation,6 cases of bladder repair,5 cases of the lesion resection in ureteral end to end anastomosis. All patients were recovered after surgery. Conclusion Obstetrics surgery urinary organ iatrogenic injury is the main reason that lead to vaginal urinary fistula and ureteral injury. Early bladder ureter reimplantation is an efficacy treatment.
