Genital endometriosis occupies one of the top positions in gynaecological pathology leading to infertility. The undertaken analysis of the questionnaires of women who suffer from genital endometriosis allowed us to add colposcopy and smear tests for oncocytology to already existing algorithm -examination of mammary glands, determination of the level of prolactin. When obtaining the life history it is necessary to pay special attention to the formation of the woman's reproductive system and her environmental factors.
