Abstract

Objective To evaluate the differentitation of two-dimensional ultrasonnd image (through abdomen and vagina) and CDFI in the adenomyosis. Methods The imaging characteristics of 38 patients with adenomyosis were compared with pathologic results. Results Ultrasonographic coincidence rate of the thirty eight patients was 81.6%.Some of the patients were mistaken as hysteromyoma, the misdiagosis was 15.8%.Conclusion Most of the diffuse adenomyosis were diagnosed by medical history, but the localized ones with the low side echogenicity were mistaken and the misdiagnosis was 10.5%. Differential point To analyze whether the shape, echogenicity and margin of mass is clear or not and whether is Color Doppler blood flow round the mass.
