Abstract
Biomarker identification of immune-and inflammation-related genes in endometriosis. Eight hub genes (C3, CCL2, CLU, CXCL2, DHFR, EZH2, SERPING1 and SOCS3) were identified by scRNA-seq, WGCNA and GSVA. These genes may be potential immune and inflammation-related biomarkers for disease diagnosis and therapeutic targets.
