This paper reports a case presentation of endometriosis localized to the rectus abdominis (abdominal wall) muscle, describing the clinical scenario and relevant diagnostic and narrative details typical of case reports. The authors frame the condition as part of the spectrum of extrapelvic or abdominal wall endometriosis, including discussion consistent with prior reports. As a single case, the major limitation is that no generalizable incidence, risk factors, or treatment efficacy conclusions can be drawn. This paper is centrally about endometriosis — specifically rectus abdominis muscle endometriosis.
