Harikrishnan This is a preprint; it has not been peer reviewed by a journal. https://doi.org/ 10.21203/rs.3.rs-9624407/v1 This work is licensed under a CC BY 4.0 License Status: Posted Version 1 posted You are reading this latest preprint version Abstract Supportive services always reduce the vulnerability of an individual. Therefore, the current bibliometric study aims to examine stakeholder participation in addressing Gender Based Violence (GBV). A total of 2119 documents were identified from the Scopus database through search strings. The selection of final results was identified through PRISMA guidelines and 1989 documents were included. The evidence of existing scientific pub- lications was analyzed through the RStudio and VOS software. The results found that the growth of academic publication has increased in the recent years whereas there are few studies related to stakeholders’ perspective. The participation of multiple stake- holders such as ICT service providers, health service providers, law enforcement service providers, women’s group, social work- ers, funders, NGOs, government etc., are crucial in helping the victims of GBV to increase their chances of accessibility to quality services. The themes lacking in the review are the integration of community and technological factors. The community integration factors such as capacity building, social support, networking for empowering the multi-stakeholders to address GBV. Without the incorporation of technological developments, it has become inevitable to provide a long-term intervention and evidence-based practices. Therefore, the review recommends for further research and intervention practice, and for the application of artificial intelligence, mobile applications, geographic information system, predictive analytics for empowering multi-stakeholders to address GBV. Strengthening multi-stakeholders to address GBV is a way to achieve sustainable development and women empowerment in the society.
