Endometriosis Ultrasound and Clinical Research

Objective To explore the early diagnostic values of endometriosis with ultrasonography and clinical diagnosis.Methods①Ultrasonography screening and retrospective analyses were used to 240 cases' reproductive women with symptoms of chronic pain,menstrual disorder,et al.②Preliminary track and analyse the patients who had no obviously pain,who sought treatment with other symptom,or whose ultrasonic echogram has tendency of EM with family history or other inducing causes.③Part of the patients with slight symptoms above treated early with Traditional Chinese medicine.Results①Ultrasonography screening is a method of lower cheap,no pains and no risks with good repeatability and easy to dynamically observe,which ought to used as a regular body examination and essential auxiliary check for women.②Cyst which size was smaller than 3cm could release by the TCM method of promoting blood circulation and relaxing the bowels within 1～3 months.Conclusion Time of EM's find and diagnosis is especially important to patients' quality of marriage and life,which depends upon the good and close coordination between Ultrasonography screening and clinical diagnosis.
