Effect and nursing of Triptorclin therapy for postoperative endometriosis

Objective To study the pregnancy , recurrence , pain relieving and nursing for patients after laparoscopy and the effect of Triptorclin therapy for endometriosis .Methods 91 patients with endometriosis combined with infertility were included in this study , from January 2010 to June 2011 .According to the random number selection and considering patients ’ will, 39 patients were assigned as the treatment group , treated with Triptorclin for 3 months after laparoscopy therapy , while 52 patients without the treamtment of Triptorclin were at the control group .Both the groups were given meticulous perioperative nursing care .The pregnancy , recurrence and pain relieving were followed up after one year .Results The pregnancy and recurrent rate of treatment group was 25.6%（10/39） and 5.13%（2/39）, respectively; the pregnancy and recurrent rate of control group was 23.1% and 5.77%, respectively.There was no significant difference between treatment and control group （P＞0.05）.The effect of pain relieving was significant , 38.46%patients had relieved pain in treatment group while there were 13.46%patients in control group （χ2 =35.374, P＜0.01）.Conclusions Triptorclin cannot increase pregnancy rate for the endometriosis patients who are planning to pregnancy .For the postoperative patients, positive pregnancy method and smooth communication with doctors and nurses , as well as the psychosocial nursing , are of great benefits .
