Abstract
Pregnancy outcome following pre-pregnancy transvaginal cervico-isthmic cerclage in a population of high-risk pregnant women. Pregnancy outcome was analyzed for subsequent pregnancy of 64 women. The mean gestational age at delivery was 35.5 weeks. Neonatal survival rate was 94%. Pre-conceptional cerclage Shirodkar-Barini results in high percentage of live born babies.
